• After RDP activation, if customer wishes to cancel the service, only 25% of the paid amount will be refunded. • Refund is not applicable in case of misuse, illegal activity, or policy violation. • If RDP is terminated due to illegal usage, no refund or replacement will be provided. • Replacement support is available only within the 23-day support warranty period.
• Once live streaming service is activated, no refund will be provided. • If live stops due to technical reasons from our side, it may take 24–48 hours to restore. • Validity will be extended based on downtime duration.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. DeskMode Cloud Computing Services reserves the right to reject refund requests that violate our Terms & Conditions.
