Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any service from DeskMode Cloud Computing Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. RDP Services – Validity & Warranty

All RDP plans are valid for 30 days from activation date. Replacement warranty and technical support are available only for 23 days from activation.

Support and replacement are applicable only if the RDP crashes, becomes inaccessible, gets terminated, or fails to open due to server-related issues.

2. Software Compatibility

Software performance depends on the RDP configuration selected by the customer. Higher configuration plans provide better compatibility. DeskMode is not responsible if specific software does not run due to configuration limitations.

3. Illegal Activities

Any illegal activity, misuse, copyright violation, hacking, spam, fraud or prohibited activity will result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund or replacement.

DeskMode reserves the right to access the server for security monitoring purposes. Customer privacy will be respected; however, illegal usage will lead to service termination without refund.

4. Data Responsibility

If an RDP is suspended or terminated and any data is lost, DeskMode is not responsible. Customers must maintain their own data backups.

5. Refund Policy – RDP

After RDP activation, if a customer chooses to discontinue the service, only 25% of the paid amount will be refunded and the service will be terminated.

No refund will be provided in case of termination due to policy violations or illegal activities.

6. Live Streaming Services

Live streaming plans are non-refundable once activated. After live setup, plans cannot be cancelled.

If streaming stops due to technical reasons, restoration may take 24–48 hours. Any downtime will be added to the customer's plan validity.

Currently, streaming content is managed by DeskMode. If a customer requests to stream their own content, additional charges will apply.

Customers are fully responsible for copyright claims, strikes, or legal issues related to their content. DeskMode is not liable for such matters.

7. Support Duration

Support is provided only during the active validity period of the purchased plan.

8. Modifications

DeskMode reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
